Are the notches on the inside comfortable and doesn't hurt?

Usually no. The belt is worn on the waistband and that prevents the belt notches from rubbing against your skin so you don't feel much difference from an ordinary belt. If you're worried that it might still happen then choose a wider belt. Also we offer a belt with a reversible buckle that you can flip around and have the notches on the outside.

What are the belt lengths when choosing waist size?

Why did I receive a different looking belt than what I saw in the pictures?

Because of the materials that we use the belts can have different markings and buckles can vary slightly as well. If you're ordering two or more belts and prefer to have them all the same - specify that in the information field when paying.

Can I have my own logo or custom text on the belt?

It's possible but the text won't be very visible because of the belt material. If you want a custom logo next to ours, or maybe something written on the buckle instead - write us a message and we'll see what can be done.

The belt that I received seems to be stiffer that a regular belt

Our belts are often made from surplus unused materials, in ex. they've been discarded after passing their shelf life, so they may appear stiff but will soften over time while using it.

Can I send you my own belt?

Of course! Contact us with your story or send us an email with a picture of your belt and we'll see what can be done.
The belt that you send must be clean but if you prefer us to clean it then we'll charge a small fee for it.

What is the production time?

If we have it in stock then we'll send it right away, otherwise the production time is 5 work days.
